The
villa is a one storey building
with two bedrooms characterised
by a high serap(ironwood
shingles) roof, a central
open plan living area and
a roof top terrace, it can
accommodate up to 6 people
in its total living area
of 200 sqm. Ground floor:
two large bedrooms with
en suite bathrooms, an in-door
one with shower and a garden
one with shower and bathtub.
One bedroom has a mezzanine
with an extra double bed.
Both rooms face the swimming
pool and are equipped wih
AC, TV with DVD and satellite.
Central open plan area also
facing the pool with living
area, dining area, kitchen
separated by a standing
bar and guest toilet. A
snail staircase will bring
you to the roof, arranged
into an open chilling area
with large cushions, perfect
place to enjoy a cocktail
at sunset or to hang out
with friends.
The large swimming pool
(16x4m) has on each side
deck with large day beds
to relax all day by the
pool facing the tall trees
and river beyond. Private
parking area for three cars.
The staff comprises five
people.
